Strategic Headhunting & Interviews Assessment

Identify exceptional professionals with a proven recognised track. Conduct rigorous competency-based interviews with candidates based on the position specifications and of course personality fit. Generate engagement in the company and interest in the position and its location.

Final Candidates List

After our assessments and validations, MIH provides the final shortlist of candidates that match your company’s requirements. We only send candidates across that we would personally employ ourselves and we don’t just chuck them across until one sticks.

Let’s schedule a call, or a virtual coffee. It’s our conversation that will be most revealing on what type of person you are and what drives you. I’ll get a feel of what you’re looking for in a business and what culture and environment you want to work in.

CV/Portfolio review

We’ll review your CV/Portfolio and set up a meeting dedicated to your career aspirations, skills and achievements. As well as this, we’ll get to know you and your professional interests so we can establish the best fit with our clients.

Registration

We like to be sincere and honest and appreciate that this may not be the first agency you have worked with. If we don’t have a specific role you could be matched with straight away, then you’ll be registered with us. We keep our talent updated all the time when a great match comes along and post all role on our Linkedin page

Brand/Client fit assessment

We can talk through your skill-set in detail and where your confidence level sits and where you think you may need support or guidance. We do a lot of work on the cultural side here at Make It Happen, so we’ll ensure this is the right working environment for you. We’ll discuss your ideal role and cover flexible working, salary and benefits packages. Remember that we work for you, not just the client.
